How Bodywaving helps to sportsmen?

Program Bodywaving has a positive cascade effect to many linked aspects.
It have influence not just to your efficiency, but also to your health.

  1. Synchronisation with kinetic energy has these phases:
    a) synchronisation with your own energy
    b) flow around static objects
    c) synchronise with partner
    d) synchronise with groupWe develop internal feeling to feel flow of kinetic energy – bodywave.
    Liquid body flows better, therefore our warriors workout is about bodywaving.
    We learn how with wave cumulate power (e.g. a whip).
    When forces crash, a liquid body reacts differently than a solid body. A warrior who can switch between both quality is harder to predict.
  2. Action and reaction.
    Our training is usually focused to action. However, before an action happened, we subconsciously do a reaction. Programming your reactions you make your body quicker. To trust your reactions you can be relax a confident.
  3. Cope with stress, pain and fear.
    Stress produce undesirable tension, which consume our energy and hold us back. Stress can even paralyze us.
    A confident relaxed warrior is much sharper than cotton wool.
  4. Focus and diffuse awareness.
    Our mind has few different modes. One focused and one is diffused (called also flow). Each awareness is a tool suitable for different job. Recognise it and consciously use the right tool, makes you more efficient. 
  5. Power of breathing.
    Breathing can give you power, relaxes you, helps you with pain. We have a special breathing exercise based mostly on Vladimir Vasiliev breathing system.
