Keep your body & mind in permanent relax state.

Internal tension is not good for your health.

wave
Don’t be static. Free yourself from your usual rigid movement pattern.

New waving movements will widen your range of power & flexibility.
Allow your body flows & be more supple..

breath
If you stop breathing, you subconsciously start tensing up. Therefore if you want to relax, you need to breath continuously. At the beginning we are conscious of our breathing, however after a while we develop a habit to subconsciously react to stress, tension or pain by breathing.

feel
Be aware of your movements, feel your tension & kinetic energy.

posture
Body flows up like fire & flows down like water.

You are pulled between this two forces.
